I’m Michael Leung, founder of The Flo Group in Calgary. We’re redefining how people experience sound with an inclusive, affordable alternative to hearing aids—using open-ear bone conduction tech with a built-in amplifier to help those with hearing loss communicate confidently and without stigma.

This mission is personal. I live with retinitis pigmentosa, a degenerative eye condition, and I’ve overcome childhood trauma, PTSD, ADHD, addiction, and near-bankruptcy. These challenges have shaped me into someone deeply committed to accessibility, especially for low- and middle-income communities.

I also just finished filming for Legacy Makers, a new TV series that highlights worldwide celebrities and entrepreneurs creating their own unique experiences and social impact through adversity. It’s set to premiere in summer 2025 on major platforms on inside success app.

I’m also planning to audition for Dragons’ Den in 2026 and would love the opportunity to share my story, my tech, and the work I do with seniors and individuals with disabilities. My goal is to create a meaningful global social impact, and connecting with powerful platforms and engaged audiences is a key part of that mission.
