Transformational Coach

I was born into a peaceful loving home. When I was 7 my brother was born who was severely autistic. His behaviour was so hard to manage and soon life in our family was very different. I developed depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder at the age of 10. I kept it to myself and during my teens developed strategies that got me through. It wasn't until I was at university studying Psychology that I learned about OCD and I finally had a name for it.
I flew as cabin crew for many years as well as being caught up in the 9/11 attacks in New York which left me with additional trauma.
I spent most of my life experiencing high anxiety but keeping it masked from others until I slowly started to heal. Firstly using meditation and mindfulness and then subconscious reprogramming and many other tools! I am now a transformational coach for midlife women guiding them through the complexities of midlife and helping them ditch the anxiety and overwhelm and move to a place of calm and confidence.
