I was raised by a single mom who was only 14 when she had me. The same week I found out I was going to be a dad I got in some trouble and decided to join the Navy. I am a US Navy Submarine Veteran. Around 40 years old i finally got tured of the guy I saw in the mirror so started a long process of improving. I published a self transformation book titled Asshole to Awesome:Journey to Joy and Happiness and now coach mean to find what their definition of Happiness is.
