A Mental Health Podcast About the Moments That Spark Change

Jen is a childhood abuse survivor living with Complex PTSD and Major Depressive Disorder. Throughout her life she has learned many skills to cope with hersymptoms and developed a therapeutic doll, My Moody Monster, to help children better cope with their frustrations. Jen's YouTube channel features "Moody Talks" - each month she features an emotion and discuss how we experience that feeling along with coping skills using DBT.

After being featured on multiple mental health and parenting podcasts, she had a powerful realization: her story of pushing away the hard work of facing my trauma was just one journey, and there are countless other journeys out there—each just as important and impactful. This is what inspired her to create "When Not Yet Becomes Right Now", a space for exploring the many different paths we take in life.
